had the same experience. only visited confused.com but haven't switched and the cashback amount has appeared on my account as a purchase! Strange as not agreed to anything to switch!

Very odd - I only went to compare, then it puts the cashback amount I would earn on my account - not confirmed of course, guess all to make you switch, which I haven't done yet!

It appears that just by using this as a comparison site they offer cashback, As registered on my account,Odd really as not switched at all. Still not complaining. I`m sure someone will notice at some point.

Heres a top tip if your changing anything use these first to find the lowest price then see what deals you can get by going direct again through TCB. You could end up with 2 amounts payable - i did! One from confused and one from edf - awesome!
