Initally tracked at zero but 4 months later its still at zero and still not payable. This seems to be a common thread looking at other folks comments - disappointed, I think that merchants that don't pay up should be taken off top cashback as they are not keepint their side of the bargain. Top cashback site on the whole is fantastic and I am a complete convert

Very disappointed. It didn't track despite me changing my dual fuel supplier, and although I raised a query I never received the cashback.

Track reallt quickly but we are in august and it has shown papable in jan 2012. i think 5 months is a bit much to wait and now reading the other reviews it is very unlikley that i'll get it

Tracked quickly, stayed pending for ages, then went straight to payable at £0.00. I did switch my Gas and Electricity through them, and did get a cheaper deal, but they didn't stick to the cashback deal, so I'm unlikely to use them again... If it's saving money give it a try, but don't get your hopes up!

5 months and still waiting for cash back. Have this logged with topcashback but nothing is happening every update just says it will come but nothing does ?? Not good.

Switched utility via this site back in December - Item shown as tracked and payable 31/01/2011 - It is now mid May and still have not seen payment.

Further to my comment below after chasing TCB again the figure has now gone to zero after waiting 9 months. I now have to submit a manual claim which will take a few more months if I am lucky.I am not holding my breath. Avoid this seller like the plague.

Tracked ok in july last year since then nothing dispite contacting TCB on several occasions only to be told it will be here within the next few weeks I certainly wouldnot recommend this to anybody.

Fuel Switch Fast to track Really slow to pay - switched in September 2010 and still waiting - poor really. Neighbour switched with uswitch two months after me and paid cashback in January - cash back may be less but at least you get your money in a reasonable time. Perhaps if confused see this they will be more willing to pay quickly.

Just went on site to check price of gas/electric. Didnt switch but cashback pending within a few hours. Not sure if they will pay out though - and probably shouldn't but watch this space. Wont hold my breath.

I used confused.com utilities to swap from Eon to EDF. I took the dual fuel option. That was July 2011 - and nothing. They take my direct debit every month but no cash back. Topcashback will not look into it as its more than 6 months old. A big fat con.

Used confused.com to switch suppliers. I did everything by the book the transaction tracked correctly, but quickly changed to 0.00 as payable. Over a year of chasing this has just resulted in confused.com refusing to pay?? I am left with no option other than to think they never have any intention of paying out and it is a rip off and false promises!! Wont be using confused.com again but will stick to go compare who honour their cashback promises!!

Same experience as KTM - why have you rated them 5*? The transaction "tracks" very quickly, but at £0 as advertised. Then they don't pay up and by the time you query it they are past the 100 day limit where you can chase them up. I don't think they have any intention of paying this money - it's a complete con! DON'T USE THIS SUPPLIER.

Sorry, but this is little more than a scam. I made a valid gas switch from BG to Eon, as the Eon quote was £4 lower. The claim initially tracked at £12, and I was expecting it to be confirmed once the first payment had been taken by EON from my bank. However, after the contract with Eon had been signed etc, it went back to 0 and said I "didn't qualify"!!!! TCB have not been very helpful, they put the claim on Ice for 90 days and said they wouldnt do anything before this (or quite possibly, ever). To think, if I'd switched with either Eon or Npower directly I could have gotten £70 cashback, and most people say those pay OK as well! Oh and as for confused.com, I will NEVER use your price comparison services again, especially when there are so many excellent alternatives.
