I have to chase up insurance cash backs claims, so often that the experience is exhausting and frustrating

Took 4+ months
Took 4 + months for a Travel Insurance cashback and that too after raising a claim.
The stats are wrong.

purchased travel insurance as normal..tracked as normal ..been sat there waiting since may 22 then feb 23 declined ...very poor
