About your transaction
  • To apply you must be a UK resident and aged 18 or over.
  • A completed quote is not eligible for Cashback, you will only be eligible for Cashback if you take successfully take out a current account (“Product”). You will only be eligible for Cashback if Compare the Market (the “Merchant”) is able to link your application to the TopCashback website. This means you must: 1. Log into your TopCashback account 2. Click from TopCashback directly to the Merchant’s website ensuring you have selected the correct Product category. 3. Generate a brand new quote and take out the Product immediately (in the same session and without exiting your browser)
Exclusions
  • Editing or using a previously saved quote or product comparison from your Compare the Market account will not be tracked and you will not be eligible for Cashback.
  • If you apply an additional discount that reduces your overall purchase price, or applies a discount to the product you have taken out in any other way, this may cause your Cashback to be declined or reduced. e.g Voucher codes, student discount, staff discount.
  • If you participate in any other offer/ promotion that is not covered in the retailer Cashback rates.
  • Cashback eligible for customers who are located in the UK only.
  • If you, or the provider, cancel the Product before Cashback is deposited in your TopCashback account.
  • Use of a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
Terms
  • Cashback is calculated for the item(s) price only, not including VAT, delivery or other fees.
  • Payout is only available by BACS
  • Should your cashback fail to track automatically, please submit a 'Missing Cashback' claim within 100 days of your order.
Good to know
  • The merchant reserves all rights to take action (including legal action) as is considered necessary in its sole discretion in order to prevent or redress any fraudulent or otherwise unlawful use of their website.
  • Cashback rates are subject to change and may increase or decrease at any time.

  • If your Cashback is not tracked, Compare the Market allow up to 45 days after the purchase date to submit a claim with TopCashback.
