Four months from my first purchase and still waiting for cashbach and two months since my second purchase and they have removed my cashback on that one so i am in the process of a manual cashbach claim. All together they owe me over £20 and show no signs of paying it, so buyers BEWARE.

Comet has denied payment to me for the purchase of a washing machine, but I have filed a claim against their decision. Just waiting for their response which is taking ages! I will not deal with them again thanks to this experience. I will go elsewhere, even if it costs me a few quid more...at least I know I'll get paid and that will probably be more than the extra few quid I had to shell out in the first place!
