Had to submit claim -took about a month to appear after that, but tracked to payable quite quickly.
Used the click and collect service, which may be why it took longer.

Rubbish. With Click and Collect one transaction was tracked then declined, the other never tracked. Don't use this facility if you are hoping for cashback.

Cashback became payable within 6 weeks, the fastest i have experienced, in fact orders from other retailers i have placed around the same time have yet to be confirmed. This is my first transaction out of many to become payable.

Tracked quickly but failed to pay. Also, requests for an explanation regarding why the cashback wasn't paid have fallen on deaf ears. Very poor service from Comet. The next time I shop for something I won't consider Comet unless they have the lowest price without cashback.

Comet are very quick with tracking but i love Comet so even ifi didnt use them through topcashback id still use them.
