Cash back tracked and was then declined, raised a claim, still declined!! We are sitting in the property right now!! I did my booking online, no phone contact. Avoid this retailer if looking for cash back, they don't pay!!

If there was a no star vote I would have put that. My cashback didn't track and had to wait 6 months for them to tell me this. Poor service.

Cash back didn't track initially - then I was very disappointed when my claim was rejected.....apparently, I didn't adhere to Terms & Conditions! (I did!)
Our cottage was nice but not very well maintained & could have been cleaner!
