Not as expected. Not reliable. Estimated was 12 weeks, purchased in June 2015, still waiting and we are half October. Topcashback don't know either when this will be cleared. Not happy.

It is more than 4 months now - no confirmation though tracked. Now I don't even see it in the account. It is just turned to zero. Stay away from buying from Co Operative anything

Be warned - the Coop is currently offering a 'free' window clean tool and TBC states you can't claim this & the cashback, which is fair enough. However, there appears to be no way of declining the offer. My click registered cut did not track, then several days later got an email from the Coop with instruction to claim my window washing tool ! It seems like you won't get cashback from this merchant as long as they have this offer on as there is no way to decline it. I have asked TCB to investigate the matter as it isn't obvious and isn't fair. I don't want the tool and wouldhave taken insurance with another merchant had I have known beforehand.

Cashback confirmed and tracked in June 2014. Waited for 10 months and now cashback has been declined, and is now conveniently too late to make a claim for missing cashback...annoying!

Hi there, having heard back from the network, I am sorry to say that your transaction has been attributed to another marketing channel, this could have been a comparison site or something similar being visited around the time that you purchased and therefore, I am afraid that we have not been provided with the cashback to pass onto yourself. I am sorry that we have not been able to provide you with some better news, but by ensuring that you clear your cookies, hopefully any future transactions go on to be more successful for you. Avoid if you want cash back - I took car insurance and am still waiting for my cash back - 31 weeks and counting.......

Took Home Insurance out with Co-op in June 2014 and still waiting for Cashback, Top Cashback are constantly chasing the Co-op but to date no joy, avoid if your depending on receiving the Cashback offer
