I am sorry to hear your transactions haven’t progressed yet. Sometimes it can take the merchant a little longer than we estimate to progress the cashback but there is no reason to believe you won’t be paid the cashback. We will also do what we can to chase up non progressing cashback and get it progressing as fast as possible.
