Purchased trainers online. Next day delivery took 5 days then left in recycle bin at side of house. Local services took bin and trainers. Cloggs informed me that this was a secure place and part of terms and conditions. No refund but after several calls and emails give a good will gesture of 50%. Worst customer service I have ever experianced.

OK, so I ordered a pair of fitflops and they came as promised next day. No problems, great service.
I then decided to order some cloggs as well, the green pair were priced up a lot less than the other colours, which were hugely expensive - so yeah, green will do. I ordered them paid with paypal and got acceptance email. I then got an email which said that "something had gone wrong" and the price was incorrect n=and I had to pay another £50! No way. Order cancelled, retailer now on my never use list.;

Delivery took a prompt 2 days (compared to anticipated 3-5 days). I was sent several texts that tracked my order. On the morning of delivery I received a text detailing a 2 hour time window for delivery which was fulfilled.
After the order was placed I was able to contact customer services with a promotional voucher code and they took this into account even though the order had been submitted.
However one boot is a slightly different shade of black to the other. I have yet too decide whether to order a replacement pair.
RRP £120. I paid with voucher and anticipated cash back £73

Very happy with the ease of ordering and the customer service but not happy with the length of time it takes to get a refund and the fact they deduct some of the postage if you return.

Extremely poor. Did not track, and after numerous nudges was told by Topcashback that it was declined. Reason given was I had used a discount code which had been sent to me by Cloggs themselves. Would use another retailer in future.
