Really disappointed. Waiting 7 months for a substantial cash back amount, to finally be informed it isn't payable and there's nothing I can do about it!

Cash back declined. Topcashback say that due to confidentiality rules that they are unable to find out where my transaction was tracked through.
Sounds like a load of old cobblers to me.......

Casback became payable very quickly and at a very good rate. The UGG boots I ordered were cheaper at Cloggs than anywhere else and with a discount code that they were offering at the time and a 10% cash back rate I was a very happy woman!!

Despite the positive feedback provided by other members I have to say that on 2 separate occasions this retailer has not paid the cash-back due on the purchases. Topcashback were not particularly helpful in trying to resolve these genuine claims.
I will not be purchasing from this retailer again.

Looked at a pair of UGG boots for my daughter in Birmingham department store - £210.
Ordered then on line that night from Cloggs; got 10% discount code from the website and 10% cashback. Cashback tracked in couple hours.
Free next day delivery too. With lots emails to keep updated on progress.
Fantastic service & saved over £40!
