	Sneaky exclusions Bought from a couple of times and not had payout. Apparently due to items being prescription items. Seems if you buy anything medical they exclude the whole order. However their prices are good

	A little bit of a scam The website is good. I like my product which I bought from chemist 4 you. But they’re not willing to pay the payout that they are offering to me that’s a little bit of a scam. I don’t understand why they’re on here if they’re not willing to pay out or why TopCashback have not just removed them.

	Need to be removed Like everyone else, I followed the usual protocol, only used the vouchers provided and my cashback was denied. Opened a claim and it was denied again. Come on TCB, remove them from here.

	Did not pay out even when I raised a claim. Like most people have experienced this company does not pay out. Reason given..........While we know you visited this company through our link, sometimes websites or browsing activity before or during the purchase can prevent us from being seen to refer the purchase How convenient. Do us all a favour and remove this company from TCB, they give TCB a bad name.

	No problems - A1 for paying back Top Cashback Always had my cashback paid from Chemist 4u with no problems at all. Top rated for me. I use these quite a lot and this helps me. Ty.

	Would rate as zero if I could As posted in September, I purchased Azelaic Acid through this retailer for the first time early August 2025. Cashback tracked but then they declined my cashback for no reason on 11 September 2025. I challenged this and the new reason is "cashback cannot be awarded as TopCashback was not seen as the final referrer of the purchase", which is obviously nonsense. I cannot recommend this retailer to anyone and think TopCashback should actually remove them from this platform. It is an insult to shoppers for them to continue to be on here.
