Avoid this company at all costs! It took them over a year to get my PPI back and if I'd have known how easy it was to do it myself I would have. 30% charge + VAT and that's after a letter saying I wasn't adhering to the terms of our contract (which I was) and also threatening me with legal action for not paying their fee which I had done 10 days prior. Customer service is shocking on the phone. After they realised that I had in fact paid them all I got was a 'thank you for the payment' not an apology for the threat I received earlier. If you have to use a company to get your PPI back use anybody but these people.

Do Not use this company they took over a year to sort my PPI claim and then took 30% + vat and then threatened to start legal proceedings against me to recover my money that they have ripped off from me before the cheque had cleared from the Bank,Total Scum Bags,do yourself a favour claim directly from your Bank i would have if i new and i am expecting more letters to say they are not paid

Do not use this ppi claims company , after claiming I received about a third of its true value after tax

Be told this delightful little company may offer a no win no fee, but they do charge 30% of all money back plus VAT yes folks and to you and me thats no recoverable, so thats a WOPPING 36% They are also difficult to talk to.. I wish I had done all my reclaiming myself as using them is going to cost THOUSANDS. BE TOLD!

Dont bother with this lot, they take forever to answer the phone when they do they seem mystified , They cold called me ,well e-mail actually so I tried them. I actually had to update them of contact with the bank as there mail process was so slow, When my bank paid out Charterhouse had no idea it had been paid into my account so I called them and told them of my pay out and asked for the amount I had to pay them ,30% plus vat so I sent the money to them and weeks later they send a letter saying you have received your payout congratulations ( not bad considering I filled in the forms )and a pre paid envelope asking for their share. I have since received three letters still asking for the money and one today, (over a month since they had the check from me )with threats of debt recovery for £10 ! where the hell they got that figure from is beyond me as I sent them £469, no sorry bad service bad accounts dept, lot of money for very little work.
