Tracked really quickly. Unfortunately I provided the wrong address and flowers were delivered at a very inappropriate time for those living at the address given. I was very distressed this occured but the lady at Bunches handled the matter in a very delicate manner and offered to redeliver the flowers. I have no idea of the quality of the flowers but I wouldn't hesitate to use them again on the back of this experience and their understanding and sympathy with my error.
