It took from November 2019 to May 2020 for cashback to become payable. i thought they were waiting for the service check, but that took place in February 2020!

Been waiting since July 2019 for my cashback its now Jan 2020, also I booked a boiler service and the 'engineer' didn't turn up. After being on hold for 40 mins I've managed to rebook, its no wonder why their share price has gone down the tubes

Incredibly poor - cashback claim rejected in spite of complying with all of the terms. Contact British Gas who repeatedly passed the buck and blamed TopCashback. Terrible experience.
