Absolutely Appalling
Ordered component, nearly four weeks late, part had not arrived told coming from Germany, however now lost by UPS, nothing special about part, should have been a stock item, Bosch then said they would re order once again, however advised will be yet another four weeks, that would potentially be nearly Two Months to supply a Dishwasher component, Do Bosch really think this is acceptable, I suggest NOT.

Three purchases of spare parts, three times cashback declined.
Three purchases used discount code from their own site on two of them. The third I forgot to use the discount code on. All three had cashback declined. Nothing on the retailer page at TCB saying cashback will be declined if codes are used like you see for others.
