There seem to be many reasons why TopCashback members love shopping at Bonprix and decide to provide us with positive reviews. The fact they offer a great choice and excellent value or are always easy to deal with and offer a simple returns process are just some of them, with comments including “great clothes at a great price”, “always offers good value for money clothes which fit well” and “excellent quality, very well priced clothes”.

Our members also seem to be impressed with how quickly their cashback tracks and is paid out, with one saying: “Cashback is added extremely fast.” The fact customers are impressed with the delivery seems to be a major reason why Bonprix have a five-star Trustpilot rating. “Couldn’t believe how quickly items are delivered” and “fastest delivery experienced on online shopping” are just two of the comments, while someone else highlighted the fact they were always kept up-to-date with their order.

The products Bonprix sell also come in for praise from customers delighted they were able to keep up-to-date with latest fashion which is still value for money, while one buyer says they had “never been disappointed” with the items they had bought. One customer says they “have been a customer for many years and never had to return goods”, while others love the fact you can return items free of charge and shop on all of Bonprix’s sister sites and check out in one basket.

My only negative comment about this retailer is the length of time deliveries arrive and returns get credited. I was informed that this was because the warehouse is in Germany so not much can be done about this, the quality and other services outweigh this problem to a great extent though.

Shopped with this retailer twice recently and had to submit a missing cashback claim both times. One transaction is now showing as confirmed, still no sign of the other yet.

Really nice clothes and boots - decent enough prices when on sale and used in conjunction with the generous cash back they offer and a free delivery voucher (if you can get your hands on one)....makes for very good deals. Of the three purchases I’ve made to date, only one has not been tracked (currently in the process for claiming for it) but the other two tracked very quickly. Minor drawbacks include...their website performance is a tad dodgy sometimes and as the goods are shipped from Germany, they take a little longer in getting to you. They also use the delivery company Hermes to get your order to you - and this company is very poor. Once my order was delivered to another person and twice, they left it under my recycle box (though a note was put through my letterbox telling me of this). When I checked the status on their website of the delivery, it was recorded as having been left in an outbuilding. I suppose I should make Bonprix aware of this practice. Anywayz, my wife has loved each and every order she's received so I guess all ends well.

4th September 2011. I have had to lodge 2 enquiries for this retailer. I am very grateful to Topcash for chasing up my topcash payment from my 5/5/11 purchase but I am still waiting for a payment from a purchase made on 29/4/11 - 5 months ago. I also made a purchase on 20/8/11 which has not shown up at all yet. Overall, very slow paying up.

I spend a lot with this retailer and even though transactions are tracked they always decline to pay for no reason. Amounts are too small for me to waste time chasing so I don't bother. So annoyed i take my business elsewhere.

I bought to items, they seperate the items for cashback rather than calculate off of the total price. I item has gone through ok, but one item was declined, neither item was sent back so no reason to decline. Due to this the Bank Holiday £2.50 bonus was also declined. Not a happy customer

I ordered some maternity jeans as a first time customer of BonPrix and was gobsmacked to find such a major error had been made & they had actually despatched to me a jacket I hadn't ordered. The documents within the parcel did confirm I hadn't ordered the item they had sent & did confirm I had ordered maternity jeans. Very disappointing & does NOT bode well as a 1st time paying customer!!!
