Bought an ipod touch, got £27 cashback. Website was easy to navigate, received an email confirming delivery date, arrived on time. Cashback tracked correctly. Recommended.

Cashback shows within 24hrs and also accepted a further 5% discount voucher. The price on their website was by far the cheapest, and that was before getting 8% cash back and 5% off. Had to call customer services to arrange deliveery as did not receive call from supplier within specified 2 days. However they were very helpful and arranged delivery. Be aware that you do not get a percentage of the VAT.

Whooop! After nearly 3 months, and several emails to both bestbuy direct and tcb have finally had my cashback paid! I have spoken to Bestbuy, and they have admitted several problems in setting up the cashback, and other systems, and this has caused some delays. Seems a case of a large USA company trying to set up their company quickly, and having a few tech issues! Anyways I WILL be going back to them now, and I thank their Customer Service team for all the help. I still recomend them and I hope now that payments should be quicker! Mark Johnson

Bought TV and Bluray player at Xmas no problem with card payment. Delivered at date and time arranged again no problem. Cashback tracked within a week, but only became payable this week after 2 month wait. S overall experience ok for me.

Cashback tracked rapidly but I do get it to jump straight into payable after 2 months. Its more than 70 quid cashback...no fraud with this company. Highly recommended.

Gave it one last chance ...declined again, with bank having no record of any requests for payment (meaning Best Buy are blocking it themselves) Went to Pixmania instead - 4% is better than SOD ALL.

Tracked quickly but took ages to confirm and is still not payable. Customer service was very good though as delivery was due when we had heavy snow. They phoned to keep me updated very well.

I'm having problems too. Have tried to order a £500 god knows how many times in the last few days and it keeps getting declined. I've also been told that once your bank has blocked it, the Best Buy system will keep blocking you for 24 hours. This does seem to be the case. I've also tried through another cashbakc site and found the same thing happens. I called Best Buy and the guy said the 'cookies that they use [on cashback websites] aren't secure enough for us'. It remains to be seen whether the cashback I have pending with Best Buy from December will ever reach the payment stage. Lets hope so.

a small problem with delivery before xmas but one phone call and i was put in the picture straight away.the staff i spoke to was very helpful and i had follow up e-mails to keep me informed .good stuff will use again.

Best Buy seemed to welcome a purchase through Top CashBack. Transaction was carried out very straight forward, No tears, goods were delivered well within time. Cashback amount was showing in my account within a couple of hours. Thankyou Top CashBack

Ordered a new AV system when they launched the 10% cashback offer. Tracked quickly, no issues placing order, delivered on day requested, got tracking info by text message (note to BB if they read this, format the damn message so you can copy and paste on an iphone easily!! or send it via email as well as there was space for the number on the dispatch email but no tracking number). Only downside to me was the cashback offer increasing to 15% only a couple of days after I ordered it, I could have cancelled the order and redone it but decided it was probably to much hassle. Overall a good experience, just waiting for the cashback to move to confirmed and then payable which should happen in January from estimated dates.

Tried to place an order and have delivered to a different address. Website didn't like postcode. Tried to enter manually but website won't accept it because the post code wasn't valid so it completely ignores that you're entering it manually. Called customer services who said could take over the phone but not give the 10% discount. They have emailed the web team but nothing for over 2 days. Their website programmers are useless and I won't be using Best Buy again.
