This was the first time I'd used the cashback website so a bit sceptical about the whole thing. How wrong could I have been, my payment is winging its way to me as we speak and topcashback have been great at chasing it through and responding to my emails. I'll be recommending it to everyone and using it for everything moving forward. My transaction was with Bestbuy and they gave a great rate against a new TV its definately been worth the wait which was about 2 months in total, but when you think its money for nothing as I would have bought the TV anyway its definately worth it, highly recommend it.

Obviously, the high cashback rate of 20% caught my eye, but believing that nothing comes for free, checked out all the reviews and with all the negative reviews regarding card payments and having to ring, thus invalidating the cashback claim, I proceeded with caution! However, I have had no such problem! I have spent £100 and the cashback tracked within 16 hours, and card payment was no problem. Just make sure that you select the correct card ie credit (card) or debit(card).Delivery hopefully on Monday!! Great stuff!

Both my partner and myself attempted to purchase from Best Buy. My partner tried to purchase a surround sound system for £799. He used his debit card but the transaction failed and he got a message on the Best Buy website suggesting he try another card. He tried to use his business account card, but that failed also. As I have recently purchased from Best Buy, I went on the site to buy the item for my partner using the debit card I used for my last purchase. It failed. I tried my other bank account. That failed also. Having read comments by other TCB members, it appears that Best Buy are deliberately setting their site up to reject more expensive purchase transactions which come via cashback sites. This obviously makes their cashback a farce. To top it all, my partner got charged by his bank for the failed transaction!!!

I was given some money to get a lap top this Christmas and I chose a particular brand purely because it was available on Top Cash Back via Best Buys. I ordered a Sony Vaio as this was the best spec for price I could find. The sale tracked within 24 hours and the lap top arrived (free delivery) a few days later on the pre-arranged date. Had no problems so far and am about to go back to them for an external hard drive as well. Obviously not sure how long it will take for this to become payable but very happy with the whole process so far.

Bought laptop all ok fast delivery and cashback tracked, 4 days later bought fridge freezer free delivery and 15% cashback all tracked, in my case this is not a scam and very pleased with there service and the laptop HP G72 is a great buy at £399 after cashback £340

Was really impressed with this retailer. It was the first time I have used them; prices were reasonable, delivery was fast, item was very well packaged and cash-back tracked the day after the order was made. I didn't need to use customer service directly as nothing went wrong with the order but communication during the order was very good, which counts as customer service in my view, so still gave 5 stars for that. Glad to have found them and will definitely use again.

Great service. Delivery was one day late, but that was because of the snow/ice and most impressively, they called before the day to let me know the situation. The delivery was promised for the day after (that's be Christmas eve) and a phone call came through that morning, to let me know they were 30 minutes away. Very very good delivery service and, although that's not BestBuy as such, they no doubt insist on a level of service and this was the best service I've had in many years of on-line purchasing! Will purchase again from.
