Had to report to Topcashback that the order wasn't tracked. After some weeks of wait I finally got it to register and then payment was done in another 3 weeks. Slow but at least I got the cashback!

Originally very pleased with this retailer.
Quick to dispatch item, quick to track cashback etc, however, their customer service is appaulling!!!
I tried to return the item to the store as stated in their returns policy but the staff refused to accept it! I have never experieced anything like it. I tried to contact Barrats online direct about the matter - 4 emails later and still no response and there is no telephone number to speak to someone directly.
VERY DISSAPOINTING & I will not be using this retailer again.
