Have bought from merchant before but this time received wrong product (childs boots for my husband)- anyone can make a mistake - just the timing was inconvenient as it was a gift so replacement came late
They did go to trouble to sort it out as best they could.

Bought twice from them, quick delivery and well packaged. Tracked and paid quickly, site stated 10% cashback but 8% paid. Site has been amended to show 8% now. Good rates though.

What a complete shambles Barratts Shoes are.
I placed an order on 13th December, expecting delivery before Christmas. I have just received an email from them (27th December) saying that my order has been lost by the courier and the shoes in question were not in stock. When I looked on their website, the shoes are in stock, so I don't know why they couldn't just re-send the shoes.
Also on the email I received, there were a couple of discount codes, but when I tried to use them, they didn't apply any discounts to my re-order of the shoes.
I have tried ringing their customer service number, only to be greeted by a recorded message stating that they'll be open for business again on 26th December at 10am, it's now 2.20pm on 27th December.
All in all, Barratts are useless and I would steer well clear of them in the future.

Very disappointed in this cashback experience. I have used Barratts previously and it was fine - everything tracked and I got paid. However with two different transactions (one in January this year and one in July) I have been chasing and received no cashback. Topcashback informed me that there would be no chance of getting my money back for the January purchase (when I posted a message earlier this week) and offered to pay me half the amount - I would still like to know why this failed to be paid in full by Barratts themselves. I am still awaiting some sort of response about the July one. Based on these two experiences, I shall no longer purchase from Barratts.

Excellent transaction. Topcashback emailed me to advise of a special 10% cashback with Barratts during a period of their sale. I visited their site, made a few purchases, goods arrived in less than a week and cashback payable in less than a month. I'm very pleased with the shoes and will buy from there again through Topcashback of course!
