First purchase arrived quickly, cashback was very quick as well.
Second order cancelled as goods apparently not up to Barratts quality control.
Have tried for a third order...hopefully all will go well.

Quick on cashback but poor returns system.
If you have no free returns voucher then it costs a fortune to return. No returns label.
They are not quick to refund money, do not refund your postage and no way of tracking items unless you pay reorded delivery.
I am still waiting for then to find the parcel worth £100 I returned and they are blaming it on the postal strike. Be warned
