Very poor website, and I'm an existing customer. First, I entered my car registration number for a car insurance quote and the website rejected it several times. My car is outside my window - the nimber is correct. Today I tried again and entered the start date for a new policy several times, but the box went blank and returned me to the same page again. This is really amateur, time-wasting stuff.

Two legitimate claims for motor and home insurance declined by Aviva in the last 12 months, I would avoid them and use someone else if you can even if the cashback is slightly less as at least you will receive your cashback.
