Kept going to Merchant site after signing in but it didn't appear just ad.uk. doubleclick etc and a blank page. You have nowhere on you site to contact you to ask why!

£75 cashback sounds brilliant. However, the buildings and contents premium quoted of £376 quoted by Aviva is £124 more than (no pun intended) my renewal premium from "More Th>n" of £252. So the cashback deal is worse than worthless, in my case anyway!!
Always pays to shop around everyone!

Fingers crossed they will pay out.

Aviva are currently offering free contents with buildings insurance. Combined with the offered cashback, this can't be missed.

Now 14 days since purchased joint policy as stated but did not track, submitted missing claims enquiry which says it's on ice and will had to re submit claim in December. Cashback page states there is a validation period of 4 months but it should still tracked and get validated/confirmed in 4 months. Why does it also state it may track at lower rate and upgrade amount at later date? Why not trcak at correct amount first time?

Bought house insurance back in March this year. I know it takes 4 months to ratify, but its now 6 months and my claim status shows "awaiting retailer". Not the quickest of payouts!

A great deal on the insurance even without the massive cashback amount. Great rate which tracked quickly.

Joint policy actually added £40 to the original quote in single name so haven't bothered. WIll haggle with current provider instead.

So far, so good. Tracked within 24 hours at a humongous £82.50 (including £7.50 TCB top-up, why would people use any other cashback site??). As aviva are currently offering free contents insurance this will make my net outlay approx £40 for buildings (unlimited) insurance and £50,000-worth of contents insurance. Beat that! OK, it will be a decent wait (TCB clearly state there is a 4 month validation period) but I'm not complaining!

Cashback was promised when insurance was bought through AVIVA. I went through and did a search on their site and signed up with another insurer (in the search, that was the best deal, and AVIVA themselves did not offer a comparable policy).
AVIVA will have made commission on this sale and there was nothing to suggest that this wasn't a valid purchase for cashback purposes as I DID buy insurance from aviva (albeit indirectly) but I have no been told months later that they won't payout because the actual polict was not with AVIVA even though I bought a policy through them.
So, don't expect to get any cashback unless you actually buy an AVIVA policy (even though they actively promote policies from other insurers when you do a search for a policy on their site).

Having read lots of comments I thought I would leave my own feedback. I purchased car insurance from Aviva for myself in April, £75 cashback offered and received on the date expected (plus top up). Cheapest insurance anyway so way very happy! Both my Dad and Grandad asked me to look for home insurance for them recently and Aviva was among the cheapest and with the current £75 cashback was far better than any others. I have purchased for both and it has tracked at £55 instead of £75 (on their respective cashback accounts). However I'm not too worried at the moment as, when I have purchased things before and lower cashback shown initially (when the cashback amount has recently increased) it has always been increased within a few weeks. I will update if this is not the case

i totally agree with previous post, i have been waiting nearly 10 months for my missing £18 cashback from aviva!!, what a fiasco!!!, my experience is, you will never get the improved cashback offered, just the lower rate, which is fair enough but as i've stated many times on here, dont expect the full amount when its uplifted to a higher amount.. ps.. i will guarentee you that after this is posted, someone will add a post stating they have received the full amount... funny that aint it ???

Here we go again! Getting fed up now. Aviva jt policy cashback offer £75 - tracked next day at ...... £60!!!
This is the third recent balls up. Firstly RAC car insurance £65, tracked at £42.50 - still waiting for a reslolution.
Then Plusnet £50 cashback didn't track at all and again am waiting for a resolution.
Is it me or has the cashback experience gone downhill this year? Last year I had no trouble with car insurance and home insurance.
