	Avanti at last Taken forever to get cashback from Avanti, had to email regularly they either say your visit hasn't tracked or if it has they refuse to pay, two years running I've had this and then they make a token gesture, should have got about £300+ for the two policies taken out got less than a third , not happy but I suppose better then nothing , only company I've had trouble with

	Slow My cashback tracked and was approved by Avanti but after 8 months I was beginning to dispare that it would be paid. However it arrived and I'm pleased with the outcome.

	Declined cashback no reason given!!! Followed the t&c’s no cash back received only message saying declined by merchant no reason given unable to give zero stars for cashback experience with Avanti Insurance is fine but disappointed that they declined the cash back

	Declined cashback for no reason. Followed all the rules and purchased through top cashback, claim refused by Avanti. Agree with all other reviews, Avanti should be removed from site appear to be falsely promising cashback and then declining. Will never use Avanti again.

	Cashback refused no reason given I took out a travel insurance via top cashback web site. Did everything correct. Cashback confirmed by Avanti, a month later Avanti said the policy had been cancelled. Absolute rubbish, policy still in use. I queried this, Avanti then said they will not pay the cash back. So £132 out of pocket.

	IF YOU ARE HOPING TO GET CASH BACK YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED They never pay out even though you follow everything they say - I wouldn't bother with them - when my insurance comes up for renewal, I am off to another company - If they don't pay out on cashback how they can they be trusted to pay out if anyone needs to make a claim. If I could give them zero stars I WOULD Insurance companies in general if purchased through this site very rarely pay out. reading the feedback and from my own experience.

	Cashback arrived Read reviews on previous failed cashback in Jan 2026 I became a little skeptical that mine would not be paid out but how wrong I was in my assumption as I am pleased to say that although not paid on time I did recieve £169 cashback in April.

	Declined cashback The same as a lot of other reviews cashback declined. TopCashback had it tracked through them. I have tried a few times now and they have declined every time. They need to be removed from Topcashback site until this is resolved

	Yet another person conned out of cashback by Avanti Whilst Top Cashback are trying to recover my cashback on this purchase, I do not hold out much hope of getting the money. Top Cashback should remove Avanti from its site until they learn to play by the rules. Avanti are losing/have lost their credibility

	Declined cashback I bought Avanti travel insurance through Topcashback with the promise of £48 cashback. They refused to pay out saying I hadn't gone through Topcashback. I definitely had. What a scam! Topcashback need to sort this out as it seems to be a common complaint. Will not buy from this company again and would not have purchased from them without the offer of cashback.

	Declined cashback The same as a lot of other reviews declined my cashback as they said it wasn't through TopCashback. It was as that's all I use and even TopCashback had it tracked through them. I won't use Avanti again.

	Not a happy TopCashback customer If I could give zero stars I would. I am very careful when seeking quotes to go through the links on this site and not research on google. I have appealed as they declined the £14.15 I was meant to receive, but was told 'TopCashback was not seen as the final referrer of the purchase'... BEWARE would not recommend/use again!!

	If at first you don't succeed... Was declined first time but subitted an appeal through CS on here. Was approved and payed out second time round so if you get declined, put an appeal in and you might just get it. Might take a while tho....

	Travel insurance I use too cash back to fund all insurances , always check out quotes before making a decision . However last 3 times Avanti has come out best for my husband and I re the cover we need. Very easy to navigate

	Avanti don't want to pay out again. Did not get cashback from Avanti for single trip travel insurance, according to them apparently my order was not through TopCashback. (it was as I always use TC and have done for years)

	Good experience and quick payout I was a bit sceptical about receiving any cashback after reading some of the reviews but thought I would proceed with a purchase and see as the policy was a good price. I bought 12 month worldwide insurance at beginning of January which did track and showed as pending status it then changed to confirmed and became payable today after approximately 8 weeks. I hope this positive experience shows others that they do genuinely pay out...

	Yet another with the same problem... "Declined" but why? Bought the policy because it was marginally cheaper with Cashback than others were without. Met all the T's and C's and yet its been declined like many others. It seems that they really don't want to pay and despite putting an appeal in with TCB I doubt I'll see the cashback. Use another trader who actually pays as promised!!!
