Slow Payout (10 Months wait) - but received vendor payment in the end !
Made a purchase totalling over £2000 from this particular merchant, and the TopCashback % (plus the item quality) was a deciding factor in making the purchase.
The purchase tracked without issue and the transaction progressed to "Confirmed" status very promptly. However despite nudges via the Topcashback Customer Support, the topcashback payment was not forthcoming from the vendor. I'd just about given up hope of ever receiving the payment (which has actually deterred me from making further purchases from this particular vendor) However, after 10months the payment has finally arrived in my Topcashback account !
