Have earnt cashback a few times with this retailer. I have an Amazon Prime account so free postage + cashback means it's often the most economic way of buying items.

This merchant does not track purchases correctly even though it is clearly through the right sections. Months and months waiting for merchant to respond on three items now (2 tracked incorrectly and 1 didn't track at all) was told by top cash back to buy items separately but this defeats the point as you will then not get free delivery!!! Do not trust amazon for cash back via top cash back!
