I have made two purchases through offers with Amazon in the last 3 months, neither have tracked properly - one for a significant cashback amount. Both I had to put a claim in for and still 3 months later they are still 'waiting to submit' to retailer. Was advised these would go in the next batch of submissions but no status change. Not impressed.
