Slow to pay
Parking did as expected. no shelter or waiting room for transfers which isn't pleasant if you have rain. Minibus turned up guy just shouted load your stuff. Back door of minibus opens upwards but not high enough and customers were banging their heads on it, im 5ft and i banged mine. Then very slow to pay cashback says around 12 weeks, i've exceeded that by several weeks and still waiting.
