	Quick cashback I made a purchase via TCB last year at AirConCentre, and again this year. Cashback came through with no problems last year but after reading some reviews of poor experience, I was not sure if I should make a second purchase this year. Anyway, I decided to just go for it (with the chance of having to make a claim, which I really dread on TCB). My recent purchase was made and the cashback was awarded and went through to "Payable" in less than two weeks. Thank you, AirConCentre, for being honest with awarding cashback. Very sadly and frustratingly, in the past two years, I have had many TCB retailers decline cashback with bad excuses. It is simply dishonesty and a reluctance to award cashback after someone has made a purchase (genuinely). [Go read other low-star reviews and you will see that many people have had the same poor experience.]

	Declined my cashback for no reason. Put in a missing cashback claim and cashback was reinstated, but for a lesser amount than originally promised.

	Good service in ordering and processing my product but a lengthy drawn out process in attempting to claim my cashback, which was rejected. I've been a user of cashback sites for a good number of years now and have earned close to £2k therefore I know my way around these sites and unfortunately I see their rejection as cheating. I did what was required to earn the cashback - time up, I will not use their store again for personal nor business goods.
