Claim for cashback
Have just raised a claim as cash back not showing on 5 tickets purchased last month. Reading these reviews I’m now not expecting to receive it. Yes it does say per ticket which I now fear won’t happen. They should not be allowed to not issue this.

Cash back not paid. I paid a base fare, and perhaps that is why. But they do not specify the require level of fare when advertising the potential cash back

Still Waiting for cashback after 9 Months!!
Transaction completed 12th Jan 25 and stating £40 confirmed since April.
It’s now late August 25 and still not payable despite raising query with TopCashBack.
Seems to be a regular thing with this company. Poor .

Easy Peasy to get cash back on flights
I simply used the website Top Cash Back to access Air Canada's website when booking my flights and was delighted to receive £20 per person cash back!

reluctant to issue cashback when earned
Air Canada is reluctant to honour cashback when earned and often requires a complaint before things get resolved. It should be defaulted in favour of the purchaser, who has handed significant sums over to Air Canada for a ticket.
