	No problems with the shop itself, but cash back failed to track on two occasions and claim resulted in decline even though I hadn't done anything different to purchasing from other shops via TCB.

	Shown as a "faster paying" merchant, what a joke! 15 weeks to confirm and 5 weeks later still not payable is not faster paying. Dont expect to receive any cashback from them. Obviously product and delivery from Adidas was excellent and it wont stop me buying from them again but based on cashback experience 0/10.

	easy transaction and good quality product, however transaction wen through straight away and amount was payable 30/11/10, however still waiting so don't hold your breath for payment

	Very poor service Cashback took forever to track. I had to chase several times before cashback was eventually paid and even then it was the wrong amount. When I queried the amount of the payment, Customer Services made an ex gratia payment to cover the shortfall. Absolutely no incentive to purchase through this retailer again.

	Declines Cashback I made a big purchase from this retailer and even though the purchase tracked adidas declined the cashback straight away. Terrible retailer. Don’t waste your time!

	Crooks Cashback declined by Adidas because TopCashback were not tracked as the last referrer, whatever that means. Absolute crooks. Buy Nike.

	Shocking After many many purchases only a handful of the cashbacks have actually tracked, I have a long list of claims with them of which there has been no response for 4+ months.

	Waste of time You wait several months with the cashback pending and in the end they decline it. No voucher code was used or anything else that could justify it. Don't waste your time.

	Cashback declined Not sure what has happened here, but went through all steps as normal and purchased an item. The cashback tracked but was subsequently declined - no explanation or, as far as I can tell, why this should have rejected.

	they have asked that we keep your claim on hold for a little longer than us "Due to ongoing discussion with this retailer, they have asked that we keep your claim on hold for a little longer than usual. We will be back in touch with further information as soon as possible." -- This is questionable as they have ongoing discussions but still advertising the cashback here.
