I have now mad two new transactions with 1and1 and neither of which have tracked and have had to submit disputes with both. I shall not be holding my breath as this seems to be the way topcashback is going these days. I currently have four seperate disputes for untracked amount and my wife has similar with a trail of previous ones that have been closed unpaid with no explanation. It was not long ago when transaactions would track and pay very quickly. Unfortunately merchants now seem to use cashback sites to hook customers in with promises of decent cashback and then fail to payout, shame on you topcashback for letting this happen. Once a merchant becomes poor at paying out they should not be allowed to be on topcashback maybe then they might start paying out instead of trying to gain new customers under false pretences.

Tracked and paid fine.
As for the merchant, okay web hosting, some nice monitoring tools but appalling customer service - very quick to respond but with a useless scripted answer. So bad that I endured a long drawn out battle (involving debt collectors) over a very questionable fee I refused to pay but was forced to in the end to avoid a CCJ as support wouldn't help resolve. Would not recommend.

cashback takes a while... a long time... but it does payout in the end, not a bad rate either,
i use 1and1 to buy domaine names then i can point them to my own nameservers so i dont pay for hosting from 1and1.
i have brought a few domaine names for about £6 -£8 and using topcashback i get about £2 cashback on each one.
1and1 are the cheapest i can find for just domaine names and with £2 back on each one - happy days
