The only reason I bought from this site was to claim cashback, and then they turn it down saying that this wasn't the site that I used. Absolute garbage and I would not advise anyone to use this company for cashback purchases (the customer service is poor as well).

This company did not pay cashback, claiming that topcashback was not identified as the last referral. I didn't use any other site so beware, you may not get any cashback from them

Use with caution!! My purchase didn't track and manual claim was refused by woolworths with the comment that 'another marketing channel was credited with the sale'. Like the some of the other reviewers I didn't go through any other site than topcashback so definitely will not be using again.

They have rejected my cashback after I bought a £500 Tv in December! Tracked fine after purchase but now showing as rejected. Will not be using them again!

Two seperate furniture purchases didn't track and manual claim was refused by Woolworths with the comment for both that 'another marketing channel was credited with the sale'. I didn't go through any other site than topcashback, so am quite annoyed, but unfortunately nothing I can do apart from writing this review.

Cashback speed about average - no problems to report. I bought an XBOX at christmas and the cashback earned meant it worked out cheaper than any other retailer so worth it.

I AM HAPPY WITH WOOLWORTHS AND MY TOPCASHBACK. A SMALL RETURN IS BETTER THAN NONE AT ALL. THE GOODS RECIEVED WERE STILL IN PERFECT CONDITION AND I WOULD BE HAPPY TO USE BOTH AGAIN...

Ordered 21st Oct, item apparently in stock. Wasn't dispatched until 9th Nov. Still have not received the item and I am getting no response form customer services. And the cashback didn't track. Will not be using again. Avoid.
