Cashback tracked straight away and it was free delivery for next day, great service from woolies!
However, they do use the Home delivery network (always have problems with them, poor company), who kept my parcel a day longer than they should - they said they had tried to deliver the parcel but i refused delivery... i didnt, they didnt even turn up that day! But one email to woolies and they sorted them out!
