I am still waiting a year later. Thanks for the reviews below - I have just written them an email asking why my cashback has been confirmed for nearly a year but still hasn't been paid. Disappointing from a company I thought had better standards.

Cashback as per previous post has now been paid. Have also received a written apology from Virgin and £20 vouchers as compensation! Worth persisting but still wouldn't use them again. Good luck!

See my previous comment - I have written directly to Virgin Customer Services (quoting policy ref) and despite being told to contact another 3rd Party - my payment on Cashback now seems to have moved to payable status. Worth a try for those of you still waiting for payment?

Have been waiting for cashback since Aug 10 - has moved from tracked status to confirmed but no further. Certainly wouldn't use them again and wouldn't recommend them.
