Tracked quickly but at lower rate
I signed up to Urban Outfitters for first purchase as new customer but only got cash back at the existing customer rate.

No idea why my cashback was declined by the retailer. Spent about £100 there, but it was not tracked first. Then a record was inserted in my account after I filled a claim. But eventually it was declined by the retailer, at least that's what the record in my account says. About the purchase, Urban Outfitters sent all my purchase in three or four parcels across more than a month.

Didn't get my cashback. Tried to use a voucher I had (which would have voided the cashback - fair enough) but voucher didn't work so I didn't end up using it and still didn't get the cashback.
