  • Cashback offer is limited to one cashback payment per person.
  • The cashback offer applies to all new life insurance and critical illness enquiries; however, cashback will not be paid if you have previously enquired via Unbiased in the 12 months preceding the date you put in a new enquiry.
  • Unbiased reserves the right to disable your enquiry and decline cashback should there be a reasonable basis for suspecting fraud or that you are abusing the terms of the promotion.
  • In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of Unbiased, or otherwise where fraud, abuse and/or error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, Unbiased reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

  • Please note that Cashback will not be paid if you have already previously been matched with a financial adviser or broker via Unbiased.

  • This Cashback offer is non-transferable and non-exchangeable by you, but Unbiased reserves the right to replace the Cashback with a similar substitute of equal or greater value.
  • When you click the dedicated link you will leave TopCashback and be transferred to the Unbiased website where the collection, use and other processing of your personal data will be governed in accordance with Unbiased’s applicable Privacy Policy. What to do when
  • We will validate your Cashback claim after your enquiry has been accepted by a financial adviser or broker. And you have had your consultation.
  • Please allow up to 12 weeks following this for your cashback to processed and paid into your TopCashback account.
  • A "Missing Cashback" query must be submitted within 100 days of the transaction, if the transaction does not track automatically.
  • We will make all reasonable endeavors to secure the payment of commission on a transaction but we do not and cannot make any guarantee in this regard.
