	Checked all rates for car parking at Liverpool airport - these people were cheapest (with or without cb) and the carpark used (Imagine) was very efficient in pick-up and drop off. Would use again. CB credited without any need to chase

	It was good to have the extra service at the airport and made the journey much easier. It was efficient particularly on the outbound journey although there was a wait of about 20mins on the inbound pick-up. I would use this service again.

	This was a very good service. They even delivered our car directly to the airport for no extra charge. No damage, problems or extra mileage - would recommend.

	AVOID! Booked park & ride but you don't get details until after you book. Details then stated I had to hand in my keys and ring a number when I return to arrange a lift back - that is not park & ride! Rang to cancel straight away and was told it's a £10 cancellation fee (on a £20 overall bill).

	SKYPARKSECURE PASSED MY BOOKING TO; ALPHA MEET AND GREET. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID ALPHA Meet & Greet (aka Meet and greet Stansted), they crashed my car. We arrived back from Barcelona to Stansted, I contacted them as their instructions and we proceeded to the red zone car park, and after waiting for 40 minutes I had to ring THEM to find out where my car was, they informed me that the driver had 'stuck it in a ditch'. Long story short, they agreed to repair my car and delivery it to me at home (verbal and in writing) - no need for insurers, then they stiffed me. They refused to return my car, saying I had to collect it or they would charge me for the repair. They refused to pay for a hire vehicle. I collected to find that part of the grille was missing and the bonnet was badly scratched, they basically told me to F* off. All along they refused to tell me where my car was being held or who was doing the repairs. Avoid ALPHA MEET & GREET like you would if your life depended upon it, pay the extra and park on-site. I wish I had.

	Booked meet and greet two days ago, only had confirmation of booking fee. Emailed company to query confirmation - no reply. Tried to telephone - number not recognised. Emailed using different email address requesting phone call back - no response. What more can I add?
