Purchased from this merchant on 10th January - like others cashback promptly confirmed - 23rd August no cashback and the company have disappeared from topcashback!!!!!!!!!!! Clever of these companies to get you to bite and then drop topcashback to prevent payouts, not impressed can't even file a claim as it's over 100 days!

Thanks for your email.
We are not affiliated with Top Cashback, nor any cashback site and haven’t been since late last year. This website has not removed us from their database and their cashback listings, which they should have done.
I am afraid any grievance on this matter would have to be taken with the website owners themselves, who are wrongfully showing us as being part of their scheme.

I would Avoid if being attracted for the cashback alone. Made a purchase in March . purchase been confirmed but nothing since. Still waiting. Showing up Topcashback received last payment in Feb so don't hold out much hope for cashback.

UPDATE: Still waiting for payment and no closer to getting it. Seems to be excuse after excuse and stalling tactics. DO NOT USE this company.
As for the 99.3% perecent satisfied, I find that very hard to believe and can't believe it's true given so make negative comments here and TCB admitting their having problems getting paid !!
False stats to enhance sales ? You decide !

ought through this merchant on 10 Jan 2013. Transaction promptly confirmed but am still awaiting payment 31 weeks later which compares with average of 12 weeks quoted. Given this poor performance would certainly not recommend this merchant and consider that TopCash should consider removing merchant from its site.

Another waiting for payment. Tacked on 11 Feb with an estimated payment date of 5 May (12 weeks from purchase). It's now 23 weeks from purchase and still waiting for payment!!
On the FAQ;s TCB state payments dates are estimated, but put there to give us a REALISTIC time frame of when to expect payment.
THAT's HARDLY THE CASE IF IT TAKES DOUBLE THE ESTIMATION !

Customer service very poor. Appointment for fitting booked in several days in advance and it was not until just before setting out to the appointment when I called the tyre fitting company (Halfords) that I was advised by them the tyre had not arrived! I had taken time out of work and worked my day around this appointment only to be let down at the last minute. I did complain to tyresavings and asked for a small discount on the job for the inconvenience caused, but they refused to give me any discount. I subsequently cancelled the tyre order in favour of known good service and a competitive price from my local servicing centre.

Have been waiting since February for Cashback. I see others have waited longer. Just about the worst cashback experience I have had. Do they not realise how irritated people get and how much negativity is generated by this abysmal performance. I will not use these people again and would recommend that others do not bother - unless they are happy not to get the cashback..

Do not count on receiving your cashback. I made a purchase for some tyres in December 2012. It is now 21/06/2013 and I am still waiting for cashback. It tracked straight away which I thought was a good sign, it just never moves onto the next stage to be paid despite several nudges. I would say avoid!

So far so good. Tracked in seconds as it always should.
Cheaper than anyone else even before the cashback!
Only down side is that you book in 48 hours in advanced so if it's urgent then it would not be suitable. As it was for my spare tyre rather than a fitted tyre I dropped the tyre in early to Halfords (the nearest tyre centre) they were polite and had no issue the booking, I did check their website first and saved £20 off (inc. Cashback) listed "web special" price.
Had other quotes from local independent who was the highest (and had a personalised number plate 4TYRES 4x4 parked up), and Kwik Fit (walk-in) which were miles too expensive, Kwik Fit (online price was a lot better) but still not as cheap as Tyre Savings.

Dreadful service. Arranged with Halfords who could not have been more objectionable if they tried. Bookings are "requests" and they couldn't fit the tyre as it only came yesterday!! Walked out & went to Kwik-Fit!
