12 month SIM only contract £120 cashback
The deal for today only Monday March 10th, 12 months at £10 a month, £120 cashback, brilliant deal well advertised, available today ONLY, I ordered this the afternoon, but several hours later disappeared, tonight I have checked and deal has disappeared, I cannot see any reference on Topcasback, I will be VERY disappointed if this deal is not honoured

Avoid at all cost
Three have possibily the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. That's before we get on to the cash back, which is now 6 months in after being confirmed and still nothing.

Okay network, but five months in and no sign of cashback payment.
I took out a SIM-only plan with Three and I am past the 90-day mark, and my cashback is still pending. I also took out a handset contract with iD, and they kept their word. So, if the reason you are signing up to Three is because of the cashback, then my advice is to go with another network.
