Rubbish Experience - Don't expect TC to honour your cashback
You may or may not get your cashback.
First it didn't track. Filed a missing cashback claim. This got declined by Thomas Cook for no reason. No discount codes or vouchers used.
Use other holiday companies instead of running the gauntlet of disappointment.

Cashback declined
Cash back doesn’t exist with Thomas cook it’s all a lie. Followed the process and proof of payment etc still no cashback. I’ll never book a holiday with these Thomas clowns ever again

As many people have said cashback is declined and no way of raising a claim. Don’t use them and hopefully they will go bust again.

Rejected cashback
Rejected cashback stating didn’t book through topcashback. Despite the cash back rejection wouldn’t book again as far better companies to holiday with!
