Tracked immediately. Service not too good though. Information was supplied and they sent an email asking for information I had already supplied and due to the way the email was sent to me I didnt notice it in my inbox and this delayed the phone which was for a birthday present. I did fortunately receive it in the end and everything went ok once i had supplied this informtion again.

Don't expect this cashback to go through as I cancelled the contract within the cooling off period. This was due to lack of Orange mobile signal in my house. It was easy to cancel and the only cost incurred was returning the mobile phone by special delivery.

Initially some difficulty trying to order online but phone came within the promised time. Free gift of laptop was easy to apply for and also came within 2 weeks - quite a reasonable model as well. Cashback has taken approx. 8-10 weeks to be confirmed. Overall I would definately recommend using Tesco again.
