	Read more articles about TCB with talktalk before register w/ talktalk Talktalk refused the topcashback referral.. they didn't pay for the commission for the cashback. Think some other services provider might be better options. never have problem with topcashback Talk talk is the first company refused the cashback Staff from talktalk don't bother to help The order number given by talk talk is not accepted for the topcashback "application"

	Phantom Order Number As per all other reviews. This cashback does not and will not track. And you might think, "dont worry, ill submit a claim" - no point. Its not top-cashbacks fault however talktalk allegedly need to provide us with a particular order number, which they dont, and without that order number the cashback doesnt work. Again not TCB fault but any users of this site, stay away from any and all talktalk deals.

	Failed to track Transaction failed to track, topcashback said they couldn't do anything until I provided a special order number to verify I used this cash back site. I provided this then they say we need to ask the retailer talktalk for cashback which will take months. Very unhappy and there is a trend looking at reviews. Tcb this simply isn't acceptable, can you confirm why so many or simply not tracking or is it a case that they backhand you half to get them customers. Seems a win win but not for the consumer. I'm not using tcb no longer there is another site with better and more robust policies

	Complete joke Cashback doesn't track and no point trying to get id number requested on missing cashback form as apparently no such thing. Talktalk customer service is beyond useless. Much like talktalk itself.

	Didn't pay Messed around for six months, and claimed they couldn't trace the transaction. Obviously just don't want to pay.

	A BIG Job for Action Fraud? 18 months after opening a case and then “transaction cannot be traced”. This is after waiting for retailer constantly, numerous nudges to TopCashBack. £72 down and far from happy. But I am taking this further after reviews posted here. So for now Avoid TalkTalk (aka ConCon).

	Your cashback won't track!!!! I used this as I couldn't find a broadband company with a decent offer so I went for £63 cashback. Did everything as I should (been a TCB member for years) - cashback not tracked and TCB say they can't help.

	Awful I was waiting for merchant on an untracked claim for nearly two years. Despite having a topcashback exclusive offer, like many others talktalk claim they can't track me. The same has happened to my neighbour that I recommended the deal to. No help from topcashback, they just let them get away with it.

	Took over a year to respond Did not track and did not pay out when putting in a ticket to claim. “Transaction cannot be traced”. This took over a year to do. Will be cancelling my contract as soon as the term is up.

	Unfindable Reference Number Cashback didn't track and I had to submit a missing cashback claim, where its ask for a reference number starting with N7 N8 or S0. I have searched all over TalkTalk website and cannot see anything with the reference number starting with N7 N8 or S0. Had to create a new account on TalkTalk communities to ask an advisor, as customer service doesn't know anything about this code. It has been over a year and I'm still disputing the missing cashback claim

	Avoid!!!! I went through TCB as Talk Talk didn't have any offers on. I should have received £63.75 but TCB are saying my cashback didn't track with Talk Talk - just like everyone else seems to say. TCB should remove Talk Talk as they are giving them a bad name. All the other purchases I have made through TCB have tracked. I'm so cross and now tied in to an expensive contract that could have been made cheaper by the cashback.

	Never again. Been waiting 18 months for cashback through this. Excuse after Excuse about why I not received it. I only took the broadband because of the TCB offer only to wait this long and be told so many different things. I was 100% miss sold by TCB on this deal. The latest Excuse is talktalk changed their tracking agent. Where it says reasons it might not work. It definitely didn't say anything about talktalk changing tracking agent. I'm sure that's just a convenient excuse not to payout. I won't be using TCB ever again when it comes to entering a contract with another company. TCB miss sold me this contract.

	Refused to pay Despite raising a claim and following all instructions, they refused to pay. Very clearly lying as I have the emails from purchase showing the rewards were claimed.

	What cashback! In march 2023 I upgraded my TalkTalk package via Topcashback TalkTalk broadband & Digital TV- Existing customer ( no option to write a review). The cashback didn't track so put in a missing cashback claim and since then TalkTalk and Topcashback seem to be not talking to each other.
