	I've done a number of Sectors with Swiss (LX) recently, all in Business class (I'm building up mileage for an intercontinental trip in a few years time). Swiss's Business class fares are significantly lower than any other airline I've come across, which makes that possible for me. However, I've learnt it pays to check who will actually be operating the flights you travel on; flights out of Birmingham (BHX) are actually operated by Helvetic (who I've found to be excellent), those out of London City by Swiss European (also generally good). However, some Swiss flights out of Heathrow to Geneva are operated by BMI and you should avoid those like the plague - remember BA "service with a sneer" in the 1970s? That's what you get off the BMI crews. Not good! "Genuine" Swiss flight crews I have found vary from excellent to average, same as any other airline. Overall I recommend Swiss, especially if you are trying to build up your LH miles and don't mind changing at ZRH - worthwhile, as twice as many sectors means double your miles! Oh, and which other airline gives you genuine (mini) Swiss chocolate bars as a parting gesture?

	No problems with the cashback, however the service of the company throughout the journey has been appalling (having been a customer for years it is sad to see how bad this airline has now become towards its customers)

	Swiss are my favourite airline, certainly out of Birmingham, anyway, I travel with them regularly, their fares can be exceptional, their service is exceptional anyway, and to get a few pounds cashback is just the icing on the cake!
