Took out this insurance in May and cashback has tracked, but six months on it is still pending. I am hoping it will be payable soon after waiting so long.

The policy was about £120 cheaper than my renewal plus the cashback on top !

it says it pays out in three months but the date when my cashback payment is 31/10/10 thats 5 months since purchase !!!
