Tracked at £0.00 despite saying £10.00 which is a JOKE ffs! Ordered my prints, paid the p&p, and guess what, received someone elses photos! For a first time order, thats real bad!

We already use Snapfish but in my partner's name so wasn't sure if it would accept me as "new customer" at same address and with same IP address but it did. Uploaded photos late last night, ordered my 40 free prints and has tracked today for £5.15. What's not to like?

Tracks well, has taken about 6 weeks to become confirmed though, payable next month (fingers crossed). Photobox is quicker on the cashback & pays more, but would still recommend Snapfish - a good deal especially if you get the free prints offered for new registration.

Decided to go with Snapfish, as they came top in a review of a number of online photo services carried out by The Gadget Show on Five. However, delivery was pretty slow for an online retailer, my photos arrived 6 days after i got the e-mail to say that my order had been dispatched. I ordered a number of photos about 40, including a 10" x 8" black and white shot, which arrived covered in red dye from the printing process, so clearly the pictures weren't checked before being dispatched. The Black and White shots that i ordered were very dark, far more so than the original images that i uploaded, and a few of them had a red tint. However, once i e-mailed Customer Services, within 24hrs, they credited my account, so i could re-order the poor quality images, although that does mean i'm going to have to wait another week for my complete order. The customer service seems good, but i don't think the quality of images produced is as good as other online photo services, and in future would use a different company.
