DO NOT USE! Sent the phone and had the price offered reduced. Was told that the payment was on the way and it never appeared. Sent a message and multiple emails with no responce, alled and it is a fake number. So, basically had my phone stolen and they have used my personal details for goodness knows what!

top cashback should suspend this bandit from their list. this company is a scam they quote a good/fair price then slash it once you send them your handset, and they use the same reason every time judging by every other review. come on top cashback do something this merchant is ripping off your costomers and you are letting them.

Stay away, I only check up the reviews of this company (from other websites) after i've sent off my brand new phone. I had to threat them with oft and the press before they would pay me. At first I didn't write review because I did get paid, but as I read other people's (who dealt with them after me) reviews, it's my duty to warn everyone about this company.

Please stay clear of this company, they don't pay out when they say they will, won't answer emails or phone calls. At the moment i have sent them 2 phones worth £65 each and cannot do anything about it.

Cashback seems to be ok, but the cashback is the only money you are likely to get out of them. They claim to pay "within 7 days", but don't. They may offer more money on their website than other similar companies, but that is the starting price; you won't actually get the full amount. If you complain, they charge a £12 "admin fee". Be warned.

Please do not use this Merchant. Like other reviewers, sent off 2 perfect mobiles but was told by skyphones that one had a cracked screen and therefore the offer was halved - what a con !!! Also, have been waiting nearly 4 weeks for payment - still not arrived, despite chasing up twice. Not holding out much hope for my cashback either !!!! Having already been 'scammed' by Earthmobile, I will not be recycling any more phones !!!

Tracked quickly but I wouldn't use them again. Took almost a week for them to 'test' the phone after confirming they'd received it, then they said that there was a 'scratch' on the screen, which is a lie, bringing the quoted payment down £3 from £14 to £11. Despite the fact that I'd included the box and charger, which is 'preferred' but not mandatory. Unfortunately, there was absolutely nothing I could do about this, because refusing the revised offer would have meant me being CHARGED £12 'admin fee'. Next time, I'll stick to Mazuma.

took forever to confirm they had received my phone. When they did they said the phone had a screen scratch(which it didn't)and the quoted amount dropped. They have you by the short and curlies then as if you dont accept their new offer and want your phone back it'll cost you £12 for the priviledge.wont touch these bandits again when there are others like rpc and fonebank who do what they say and quickly
