Best experience so far! Have taken out 2 policies in the last two months , both paid out in a matter of weeks . Previously took out caravan insurance with this company ,same experience early payout. Good competitive rates .

I have used Simple Landlord Insurance for a number of years & had no problems but last 3 cashbacks have had to be escalated to customer service first 2 declined & as yet no news on the 3rd

This refers to an old purchase (was just looking at old claims) back in January 2012. I noticed that by going through tcb the policy worked out about £11 more than if I used a comparison website. The cashback worked out at at £19 so I continued with it. The cashback didn't track, I chased and after months I got a response saying simple wouldn't pay out, but for whatever reason couldn't say exactly why. That was despite me still having the policy. Looks like they've improved but I wouldn't waste my time, I'd use the comparison site instead.

I've used this site twice now and on both occasions the transaction has tracked quickly and paid out quickly. I've not had cause to call the customer service dept but I did make alterations to my policy which was dealt with efficiently. I would not hesitate to use again.
