A clumsy, repetitive website and a poor quote. Two years ago they gave the best quote but have lost their edge now - try Quoteline Direct and pay less with no need to wait for cashback.

Exactly the same experience as others below....
Failed to track. Submitted missing claim. Claim rejected by merchant stating 'did not meet terms and conditions' despite the policy still being in place nearly a year on. Would not state what conditions I had not met and refused to pay out. Avoid this one!

Took our two insurances - one tracked the next day - still waiting to the other to track. Cheapest insurance around though.

Took out the policy in January 2012, tracked and confirmed by February. Cannot fault the company. Even though they are an on- line company, they sent me my policy as I do not have a printer!
Will use again and much better and speedier than some of the bigger companies.

I found this company on Moneysupermarket and received a good value quote, I then realised the company was on Topcashback and resubmitted another quote. This quote came in around £9 more expensive for the same cover, presuamably as I'd gone through the cashback site. I will still purchase the insurance, but will take the cheaper quote and not rely on any cashback.

I took out this insurance in June and my cashback has not even been tracked by this retailer . Very poor service with respect to Cashback- Avoid this company .

I am not being paid cashback from the retailer having waited for 6 months and still not tracked, absolutely unacceptable after numerous enquiries with TCB. Avoid this retailer!!!!

Cashback didn't track, and TCB didn't help. Avoid. The whole experience has made me go back to using quidco, you pay them a £5 a year admin fee, but they sort any missing cashback, so I suppose you get more than your money back.

I got a quote from them while researching and as they were one of the cheapest I checked if they did TCB. When I went through TCB with exactly the same details they added 11% on to the quotes.
I class this as dishonesty and advise being very careful with them, needless to say I went with a different company that were cheaper - ubfortunatly not through TCB.
